Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026
By creating a Botbuild account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
2. The service
Botbuild generates Discord bot code from your prompts, lets you test it in a simulator, and can host the resulting bot endpoint. Generated code is produced by an AI model: it may contain mistakes and you are responsible for reviewing it before running it in a real server.
3. Credits
- Builds consume credits based on the size and complexity of the work performed.
- Free accounts receive a daily credit allowance that resets each day.
- Pro accounts receive a monthly credit allowance plus the daily allowance.
- Unused daily credits do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
- If your balance is too small for a request, the request is capped or declined rather than going negative.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Taxes may be added where applicable.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Botbuild to build, test or deploy bots that:
- break Discord's Terms of Service, Developer Policy or Community Guidelines;
- send spam, mass unsolicited DMs, or self-bot / automate user accounts;
- harass, threaten, doxx, or distribute illegal or sexual content involving minors;
- distribute malware, steal tokens or credentials, or attack other systems;
- attempt to bypass credit metering, rate limits or billing.
We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Your content and ownership
You keep ownership of your prompts and of the bot code generated for you, and you may use that code freely. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process, display and run that content in order to provide the service.
7. Third-party services
Botbuild relies on Discord, Stripe, our AI provider and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and outages or policy changes on their side may affect the service.
8. Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that generated code will be error-free, or that a deployed bot will meet Discord's approval requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Botbuild is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions go to support@botbuild.app.
