Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Pro
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing section. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro credits and benefits stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds on subscriptions
If you were charged by mistake, or you cancel within 7 days of a renewal and have not spent a meaningful amount of that period's credits, email us and we will refund the charge. Outside of that, subscription payments are non-refundable for time already elapsed.
Refunds on credit top-ups
Credit packs are consumable and are non-refundable once credits have been spent. Unspent packs purchased in the last 14 days can be refunded in full on request.
Failed builds
If a build fails because of an error on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If that did not happen, contact support with the build and we will credit the account manually.
How to request
Email support@botbuild.app from your account address with the date and amount of the charge. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
